Fantastic service! As a first-time customer , I was really impressed. My hair was long, dry, and lifeless. Grace was amazing. She talked me through some options and gave my hair a deep conditioning treatment. During the cut, she checked that I was happy with what she was about to do next. When she had finished, she recommended shampoo/conditioner, which would benefit my hair, and said if I needed any further advice, I could call up or pop in any time. Georgia is absolutely amazing at listening, understanding and providing the required service to a high standard. She has a very warm and welcoming presence and pays great attention to detail.
